摘　　要：Ｃ反应蛋白在鉴别细菌性和病毒性上呼吸道感染的初步观察鲁启超，左大鹏，王秋萍，鞠淑英为了鉴别急性上呼吸道感染是病毒还是细菌引起，我们采用免疫金标技术，检测末梢血ＣＲＰ的含量，简便，快速，１０分钟即可报告结果。现报告如下。材料和方法１·病例选择：选择具有...Split posterior tibial tendon transfers , with or without concomitant Achilles tendon lengthenings , were performed on 29 children ( 3 4 feet ) with flexibl. varus or equinovarus deformi- ties secondary to spastic cerebral palsy. Eleven patients had diplegia , 9 had hemiplegia , 8 had quadriplegia and one had monoplegia. After an average follow-up of 3 . 4 years ( range 2 to 6. 8 year ) , 23 feet got excellent , 4 good , 3 fair and 4 poor results. Overcorrection into pesvalgus oc- curred in two cases with poor results and need revision surgeries. More attention should be paid strictly to the indication for operation and proper maintenance of posterior tibial tendon.
