摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定含葡萄糖的注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)含量的方法。方法:采用 HP-5弹性石英毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);FID 检测器;色谱条件:柱温从100℃开始以10℃·min^(-1)升到250℃,保留3min。进样口温度180℃、检测器温度260℃;分流进样,分流比:1:20。结果:5-HMF 加样回收率(n=3)分别为98.1%,99.5%,102.0%,重复性良好。结论:本法测定结果准确、可靠、快速、简便,可对含葡萄糖注射液中5-HMF 的限度进行控制。Objective: Determination of the degradation product 5 - hydroxymethyl furfural (5 - HMF) in glucose - bearing injections by GC. Method:Using capillary column HP -5 (30 m × 0.32 mm ×0.25 μm) and FID detector under the following chromatography condition : column temperature was raised from 100 ℃ to 250 ℃ with rate 10 ℃·min^-2 ,and sustained for 3 minutes. Injector temperature was set at 180 ℃ and detector at 260 ℃ respectively. Split ratio was 1: 20. Result:The average recovery of 5 - HMF achieves 98. 1% ,99. 5%, 102.0% and well repro- ducible. Conclusions:The method is accurate, quick and simple, and can be used to control the limitation of 5 - HMF in glucose -bearing injections.
