摘  要:目的:建立快速测定盐酸维拉帕米的方法。方法:在碱性介质中,M-氯代丁二酰亚胺(NCS)能与鲁米诺产生化学发光。本文发现盐酸维拉帕米对 NCS-鲁米诺化学发光反应体系有很强的增敏作用,由此建立了盐酸维拉帕米流动注射化学发光测定的新方法。结果:所建方法的线性范围为2.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-6)g·mL^(-1)(r=0.9981),检出限为5×10^(-9)·mL^(-1),相对标准偏差为2.3%(C=4.0×10^(-7)g·mL^(-1),n=11)。结论:此法已用于药品盐酸维拉帕米的测定,用药典方法进行对照,结果无显著性的差异。Objeetive:A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of verapamil hydrochloride by flow injection technique was developed. Method:It was based on the chemiluminescence generated during the oxidation of luminol by N-chlorosuccinimide(NCS) in alkaline medium and verapamil hydrochloride could greatly enhance this chemiluminescence intensity. Based on this, a new flow injection chemiluminescence method of the determination of verapamil hydrochloride was and the possible mechanism for the chemiluminescence reaction was discussed. Result:The chemiluminescence intensity responded linearly to the concentration of verapamil hydrochlo- ride in the range of 2. 0 × 10^-8 - 1.0 × 10^-6 g · mL^-1 with a linear correlation of 0. 9981. The detection limit was 5 × 10^-9 g · mL^-1 verapamil hydrochloride. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for the determination of 4. 0 × 10^-8 g · mL^-1 ve those obtained by rapamil hydrochloride was 2. 3 % ( n = 11 ). Conclusion: The results were in good agreement with method of spectrophotometry in the Chinese pharmacopoeia.
