摘　　要：政策是图书馆事业发展的重要保障,能否建立、健全图书馆政策体系,直接关系着图书馆事业的兴衰和发展方向。本文从当前时代的特殊性角度出发,对中韩图书馆政策进行比较分析,提出发展、完善我国图书馆政策体系的几点建议。Policy is important safeguard for library course development. Library course is concerned directly with the establishment and integrity of library policy system. Starting from the angle of current era specific characteristics and based on comparative analysis of China and South Korea library policy, this article puts forward several proposals for developing and perfecting China library policy system.
