摘　　要：随着世界经济的发展,自由贸易协定已经成为重要的贸易自由化方式和区域经济合作形式,但是重叠性的自由贸易协定却有很多弊端,会导致整体福利的降低。中国的区域经济合作虽然发展十分迅速,但在实践和政策上都存在着不足。为了避免无序的自由贸易区建设,应尽快制订参与区域经济合作的总体战略,并对不同自由贸易协定中的具体政策进行协调。At present, free trade agreement （FTA） has been an important form of trade liberalization and regional economic coo peration along with the development of world economy. But overlapping free trade agreement has lots of disadvantages and leads to de crease of welfare. China＇s regional economic cooperation faces problems in both practice and policy with its rapid development. In or der to avoid disadvantages of disorderly establishment of FTA, China should make comprehensive planning concerning regional econom ic cooperation strategy as soon as possible and coordinate the specific policies in different FTAs.
