摘  要:研究了Q235钢经气体多元共渗加化学镀复合处理后,试样表面复合处理层的结构与形貌、显微硬度和抗盐雾腐蚀特性。实验结果表明,复合处理层的结构由Ni-P、Ni8P3、Ni5P4、Fe3N、Fe2N、Fe3O4、Fe2O3和少量的FeS、Fe2C构成,其硬度是气体多元共渗处理后表层硬度的1.6-1.7倍,抗蚀性能相对于单一气体多元共渗或化学镀技术处理大约提高了3.7-5.5倍。In this paper, we will research on the structure , appearance, microhardness and corrosion resistance of duplex treatment layer of the sample , which is carried out duplex treatment to the Q235 steel by using the associative technique of gas multi-component permeation and acid chemical plating. The study result shows that the components of the permeation - plating layers contain Ni-P, Ni8P3, Ni5P4, Fe3N, Fe2N, Fe3O4 , Fe3O4 as well as a little of FeS and Fe2C . The microhardness is 1.6 - 1.7 times of the surface by gas multi - component permeation. Furthermore, the COlTOsion resistance of the sample, which has received the duplex treatment, is improved 3.7 - 5.5 times by a large extent by comparing to the sample that just received the singular technical treatment of gas multi - component permeation or acid chemi- cal plating.
