盐城建筑业发展模式探析

摘　　要：经过改制后的盐城建筑业发展仍然缓慢,存在着股权设置分散、资本竞争力不高、自我造血功能不强、结构不合理、集约化水平不高等问题,但是也具有一定的专业特色施工能力、建筑劳务资源丰富、占有一定的规模市场等优势,本文就做大做强盐城建筑业提出了发展模式和战略措施。After reforming the slow - developed situation of Yacheng construction industry does not changed. The existing problems, such as the separated droits of stock, weak abilities of capitat competition and continuousty serf - developing, the irrationat industry structure, the low intensive and soon, prevent its development. Yaneheng construction industry, however, has its own advantages, as strong constructing ability for sepcific items, rich labor resources and occupation of certain markets. With the aim of strengthening and enlarging Yancheng construction industry, this paper analyze the present situation of the industry, proposes some development modes and approaches.
