摘　　要：信息时代,卫生事业单位人事部门工作重点发生转移,人事管理干部如何调整思路,转变部分工作职能,掌握先进的工作方法,高效率地完成干部人事管理与服务工作,是新形势下人事管理干部所面临而且必须解决的重要问题。In information era, the emphasis of the human resources job in health service departments have been transformed. How the administrators of health service adjust their concepts, partly change their functional authorities and master advanced methods, as well as efficiently complete the administrative and service work, were the important problems which they had to be faced with and solve at these new situations.
