摘  要:利用红外成像设备对电气设备进行温度检测是十分有效和经济的故障检测方法之一。线路上接头很多,有大量的热图需要处理。文中介绍一种行之有效的热图管理和分析新方法,具有以下特点:第一、利用该方法,可高效地对大量热图进行管理,快速找出某条线路特定位置导线接头的热图,实现对某一特定点的历史分析,从而更好的判断该处导线接头温度的变化趋势,为正确判断该点的故障性质提供原始资料;第二、可以快速从大量热图中找出温度偏高的重点热图;第三、对重点热图,可运用自编实用样板进行分析,快速制作出符合要求的远红外测温技术报告。实践证明,该方法具有良好的应用效果和较高的推广价值。The use of infrared imaging equipment to detect temperature electrical equipment is very effective and economic method of fault detection. There are many connectors on the lines. A large number of thermat map need to deat with. In summary, a set of effective thermal management and analysis of the new method with the following characteristics: first, using the method can be used efficiently for large thermal map management, quickly pick out a specific location of the lines joint to achieve historical anatysis a particular point, so justify better on lines connector temperature point changes trends , providing direct data to the correct judgment of the fault; second, it can find quickly from the large number of heat map to pick out the focus of high temperature heat map; third, to the focus of heat map, the model can be used for self analysis, rapid produced to meet the requirements far IR thermometry technical reports. Practice shows that the method has a good application and higher vatue.
