摘  要:为节能减排,大唐淮北发电厂对漏风大、换热效率低的5号炉老旧预热器进行了换型改造。通过对改造后风机电耗、锅炉效率和粉烟尘排放等多项运行数据分析,改造后预热器漏风率大幅度降低,风机电耗下降;换热效率增强,热风温度提高,锅炉效率提高,粉尘及其它污染物排放减少,达到了预计的技术改造效果。For energy-saving and emission reduction, Datang Huaibei Power Plant changed the type of NO.5 old preheater furnace which had air leakage and low heat transfer efficiency. Right after the analysis of adoption of wind electromechanical consumption, boiler efficiency and flour dust emissions and many other operational data, modified preheater significantly reduce air leakage rate, wind electromechanical consumption declined; enhance the efficiency of heat transfer, hot air temperature has increased boiler efficiency, dust and other pollutants emission reductions achieved expected the effect of technological transformation.
