毕克齐长山药的优质栽培技术

摘　　要：在呼和浩特地区对毕克齐长山药(Rhizom a Dioscoreae)进行试种,调查毕克齐长山药的物候期并分析其主要品质指标。结果表明毕克齐长山药品质优良,营养价值高,初步确定了在呼和浩特地区的露地栽培模式,为今后在这一地区大面积栽培、推广和利用提供依据。Growth of field trial of Bikeqi yam（ Rhizoma Dioscoreae） was introduced in Hohhot in this paper. Phonological period was investigated and main nourishment composition was analysed. The results showed Bikeqi yam can be planted in the open field from late April to late October in Hohhot with high quality and rich nourishment composition, and a cultivation model can be obtained. Bikeqi yam can be cultivated and extended successfully in different part of Hohhot.
