摘 要:通过营养液添加不同浓度的铅和铬进行水培植物,研究了美人蕉、风车草和狼尾草对铅(Pb2+)和铬(Cr6+)的耐受能力,结果表明:在铬和铅2.0mg/L低浓度下,就都能对3种植物的株高、生物质量产生一定的抑制作用,同种处理下,3种植物的地下部重金属累积量均高于地上部,并且随着Cr、Pb处理浓度的增大其累积量升高。但是不同植物对重金属元素的耐忍性有较大的差屿,相比之下,对铬和铅的耐受性顺序均为:美人焦>风车草>狼尾草。In this article, Canna, Cyperus and Penisetum were grown in artificial solution contained heavy metals such as lead (Pb) and chromium(Cr) to investigate their endurance to the two kinds of heavy metal. The experiment results showed that lead and chromium could decrease the height and biomass of plants even at low concentration of 2.0mg/L. The accumulation of heavy metals in root stage was larger than in shoot. With the higher concentration of Cr and Pb, the accumulation in three plants was higher, but different plants had different endurance to the heavy metal. In comparision the order of endurance to these heavy metals is Canna 〉 Cyperus 〉 Penisetum.
