摘　　要：文章针对我国加入国际世贸组织和经济全球化的新形势,提出新时期农业科研单位政工干部应具备过硬的政治素质、高尚的品德素质、精深的专业素质、丰足的综合素质、良好的作风素质、丰富的心理素质等。As a leader engaging in political and ideological work in agricultural Sciences and technology research units, one should have the following characteristics： perfect mastering of political policy, noble moral character, Skillful in professional area, good comprohensive quality, have moral integrity and good psychological quality. This is required under the new situation of globalization and the entry of WTO.
