摘  要:分别用时域有限差分仿真算法和系统辨识算法对GaAl As/GaAs单环谐振腔滤波器的滤波特性进行了仿真计算并进行了对比.结果表明:两种算法获得的滤波器的滤波特性基本一致,系统辨识算法比时域有限差分算法可节省一定的计算时间.以仿真模拟为基础,设计、制作了GaAl As/GaAs平面光波导单环谐振腔滤波器.仿真计算的滤波器滤波特性与实际器件测试结果吻合较好,通带半宽约为13nm.Simulation calculation is performed on the filtering characteristics of GaAlAs/GaAs single ring resonator respectively by 3D-FDTD simulation algorithm and SI-system identification algorithm, and the compared results show that the filtering characteristics of the filter obtained by the two algorithms are basically identical with each other. Compared with 3D-FDTD algorithm, SI algorithm can save a certain amount of time in calculation and can be used as a kind of effective auxiliary design method for planar waveguide resonator filter. GaAlAs/GaAs planar waveguide single ring resonator filter is designed and manufactured based on the analog simulation. The filtering characteristics of the simulation caiculation filter tally well with the test results of real device. FWHM is about 13 nm.
