摘　　要：毛泽东在领导中国革命和社会主义建设事业的长期实践中,科学地揭示出中国共产党思想领导的基本规律:必须始终坚持以马克思主义为指导思想和理论基础,必须始终坚持马克思主义的思想路线,必须始终坚持理论与实践的统一。我们认识、掌握和科学运用这些基本规律,对于全面提高党的思想领导能力,具有重要的理论和实践意义。During the long - term practice of his leading the Chinese revolution and socialist construction, Mao Zedong scientifically reveals the basic laws of the ideological leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. These laws include upholding Marxism as guiding ideology and theoretical basis, adhering to the ideological line of Marxism to the unity of theory and practice. Our recognizing, understanding and scientifically using these basic laws is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the Party＇ s competence of ideological leadership.
