摘 要:研究了掺有少量MgO、SiO_2、TiO_2和MnO_2条件下的铁相形成过程及主要影响因素。结果表明,3种铁相(C_6AF_2、C4AF和C_5A_2F)均可在1330±10℃下合成。形成过程中,铝酸盐中间相各有差异;温度过高、过低及少量组份的掺入都将影响铁相的合成。The formation process of ferrite phase doped with foreign constituents,euch as MgO, SiO_2, TiO_2, and MnO_2, and the influencing factors are studied. The results show that all three kinds of ferrite phases (C_6AF_2, C_4AF, C_6A_2F) can be synthesised at 1330±10℃, but the intermediate transition phases of aluminate are different from each other during the formation process. The formation of ferrite phases will be affected, if calcining temporature is too high or too low, or a lower amount of foreign constituents is added.
