摘 要:利用太赫兹时域光谱装置测量各种纯化合物的吸收谱,采用线性回归技术,对测量的化学混合物太赫兹吸收谱进行分析,得到样品中化合物的成分和相对含量.通过对蒽醌、苯醌和二苯甲酮混合物太赫兹吸收谱的研究,证实了利用整个测量波段的频谱作为化合物的指纹特征来分析化学混合物的成分和相对含量的方法是可行的.Integrated absorption spectrum in the detected frequency range was taken as the fingerprint of the compound. The absorption spectra of many pure compounds were measured with terahertz time domain spectrometer. The THz absorption spectrum of chemical mixture was measured and analyzed by linear regression, in order to identify the composition and its relative content in the mixture. The experimental results on anthraquinone, benzoquinone and diphenyl ketone's mixture demonstrated the feasibility to analyze the components and corresponding contents in the mixture by taking the integrated absorption spectrum in the detected frequency range as the fingerprint of the compound.
