摘  要:给出了一种基于非分散红外检测技术的瓦斯传感器设计方案与实现方法。该传感器具有自动抑制零漂、实时甲烷浓度检测、显示、超限报警、数据输出、参数调整等功能。红外气体检测使得信号基本上不受外界干扰,且不会产生传感头催化剂中毒现象,具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,特别适合于煤矿等恶劣工业环境现场。The development of a non-poisoning infrared methane sensor based on non-dispersive infrared detection principle was presented, and the sensor has several functions such as restricting zero shift automatically, detecting and displaying real-time methane concent.ration, giving an alarm under concentration beyond beum, exporting data, adjusting parameters etc. Infrared gas detection avoids the signal being jammed by external, And there is no catalyzer-poisoning phenomenon for the sensor. In a word, the infrared sensor is much more reliable and steady, which is especially fit for foul industry surroundings, such as coal mine.
