摘 要:目的:观察大鼠肢体缺血再灌注(LIR)后肺损伤的发生以及静脉输注高渗盐水(HS)的肺保护作用。方法:将SD大鼠24只随机分为3组:正常对照组(C组)、模型对照组(M组)、模型+高渗盐水处理组(H组),分别行肺的病理形态学观察;批量检测肺组织湿重/干重比值(W/D)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNFα-)含量、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:M组出现肺间质水肿及炎细胞浸润等病理改变,W/D、TNF-α、MPO和MDA均明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),而H组与C组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后发生了肺损伤,静脉输注高渗盐水有一定的肺保护作用。Obiective: To observe lung injury following limbs ischemia reperfusion (LIR) and the lung protective effect of intravenous infusion of hypertonic saline(HS). Methods: 24 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group (C group), LIR model group(M group), and LIR + HS treatment group(H group). Pathologic changes of pulmonary tissue were observed . Lung tissue wet mass/dry mass weight ratio ( W/D ), tumor necrosis factor-α ( TNF-α ) contents, myeloperoxidase(MPO) activities, malondialdehyde(MDA) contents were measured respectively. Results M group had such pathologic changes as pulmonary interstitial edema and leucocytes infiltration. W/ID TNF-α,MPO and MDA increased significantly in M group compared with those in C and H groups, but the changes between H group and C groups were insignificant. Conclusion : Lung injury occurred in rats after LIR and intravenous infusion of HS has some lung protective effects.
