摘　　要：20世纪90年代初随着我国第一代藏文电子出版系统的普及和推广,使得我国藏文出版印刷"告别了铅与火,迎来了光与电"。以后的十多年间,无论是信息技术还是电子出版技术都发生了巨大的变化,第一代藏文电子出版系统迫切需要更新换代。详细阐述了方正新一代藏文电子出版系统建设的基本思路、框架以及具体实现方法。In earlier ninety years twenty century, the first generation of Tibetan electronic publishing system had been widely used in China and Tibetan printing first used computer instead of type. Till now more than ten years passed, information technology has been greatly changed and the old Tibetan electronic publishing system based on DOS can not meet current Tibetan printing industry need any more. It need to be upgrade urgently. In this paper the basic design method and framework of Founder new generation of Tibetan electronic publishing system has been described in detailed.
