摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病患者血尿酸(UA)与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法测定141例2型糖尿病患者空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血UA、甘油三酯(TG)。采用稳态模式(HOMA)评价胰岛素抵抗,并根据胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)中位数(2.294),将糖尿病患者分为胰岛素敏感组和胰岛素抵抗组,比较血UA、TG水平的变化。结果胰岛素抵抗组与胰岛素敏感组比较,血UA水平无显著性差异(t=0.056, P>0.05):糖尿病合并高尿酸血症组与正常血UA组间HOMA-IR无显著性差异(t=0.320,P>0.05)。相关分析结果,血UA与HOMA-IR无相关性(r=0.0237,P>0.05),TG与HOMA-IR呈明显正相关(r=0.1931,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血UA与胰岛素抵抗似无明显相关性。Objective To study the relationship between diabetic blood uric "acid and insulin resistance. Method Fast insulin, fast blood glucose, blood uric acid, triglycerin of 141 patients with 2 type diabetes metlitus were measured.The insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR)was calculated by the model of HOMA. The patients were divided to insulin resistance group and insulin sensitivity group by median (2.294)of HOMA-IR.The variety of blood uric acid level and triglycerin level were compared. Results The difference (t=0.056,P〉0.05) between blood uric acid level of insulin resistance group and that of insulin sensitivity group was not significant. The difference (t=0.320,P〉0.05)between HOMA-IR of diabetes with high blood uric acid group and HOMA-IR of normal blood uric acid group was not significant. There was not obvious correlation between blood uric acid and HOMA-IR(r=0.0237, P〉0.05), while between triglycerin and HOMA-IR there was obvious positive correlation (r=0.1931, P〈0.05). Conclusion There is not obvious correlation between blood uric acid and insulin resistance.
