摘　　要：在对现有信息安全技术分析和研究的基础上,讨论了公钥基础设施(PKI)的体系结构,提出了一种基于PKI/CA体系的信息安全系统模型,并从功能、结构和组成等方面对其进行了分析。基于此模型,设计并实现了一个安全电子政务信息系统。On the basis of research on the present information safety technology, we discuss the Public Key Infrastructure（PKI） architecture, then give a kind of information safety system model based on PKI/CA architecture, and we also analyse its function and structure and its components. Based on this model , we design and implement a safety electronic politics information system.
