摘 要:论述了左翻驱动圆盘犁传动系统的设计要点.利用Visual C++语言自行编制的软件平台及测试系统进行左翻驱动圆盘犁田间耕作试验.结果表明:在适耕土壤中,其耕深大,覆盖率达85%左右,地表沟底平整,平衡性能强,耕作性能好;在干硬土壤中倾翻力矩小,能较好地平衡,但耕作质量下降;随着耕作速度的增大,倾翻力矩增大,覆盖率降低,耕深减小.The key points of designing transmission of left-turn power driven disk plows were put forward. The plowing abilities were tested by the field test system and the program was writen by Visual C ++ software. The results were as foUows: the plow had deep plowing depth, 85% mulch rate, flat soil surface and good balance ability in suitable soil; while in hard soil or dry land, it had small incline-reverse moment, good balance ability and poor plowing quality; incline-reverse moment increased and plowing depth and mulch rate decreased with the increase of tillage velocity .
