摘　　要：从企业油气勘探角度,讨论了油气勘探中的思维和方法。要正确区分国家和企业层面勘探活动性质和目标的差别;油气勘探要正确认识和处理好战略目标、战术手段和战役组织的关系;油气勘探遵循辩证唯物主义的认识过程,是一个从必然王国走向自由王国的过程;油公司始终要把油气的发现作为第一位的战略任务,特别要重视发现和培育大中型油气田;对客观地质条件和成藏规律的认识程度是勘探部署的基石;要把方法技术问题提高到战略地位来对待;勘探活动需要理论上的坚定性和勘探实践中的敏感性相结合。Viewing from the aspect of oil companies＇ exploration activities, the dialectic thinking and methods for oil/gas exploration is discussed in this article. It stresses the importance of correctly distinguishing the differences between the natures and targets of exploration activities from the perspectives of the Chinese government and oil companies, and the necessity of properly understanding and managing the relationships among strategic targets, tactical means and battle organization in follow the rule of cognitive process of dialectical oil/gas explorations. It points out that oil/gas exploration shall materialism ,which moves from inevitable kingdom towards free kingdom, and that oil companies shall always aim at oil/gas discoveries, especially the discovery and development of mid- and large-scale oil/gas fields. It makes clear that exploration deployments rely heavily on the understanding of geological conditions and oil/gas reservoiring patterns and emphasizes the strategic importance of exploration technologies and methods. It concludes that successful exploration activities are the result of combination of firmness in sticking to the right theories and keenness in actual practices.
