摘 要:通过将轧制变形区划分为微单元,对变形区内轧制力影响因素的变化规律进行研究。根据微单元塑性变形方程式,建立单位轧制压力的计算模型。针对变形抗力、摩擦因数等非线性因素,建立基于神经网络校正系数和工作参考点方法的数学模型,分析其在变形区内的变化规律。针对轧辊压扁和轧制力计算的耦合现象,采用计算机迭代计算的模型完成轧制力的解耦计算。工业轧机实际数据验证了采用微单元方式计算轧制力预报精度高,可用于生产实践。The laws of influence factors of rolling factors are studied by dividing the rolling deformation into micro elements. Based on the plastic deformation equation of the micro element, the model of the normal rolling stress is put forward. Based on the artificial neural networks corrected coefficient and reference working points, the mathematic models of the deformation resistance of the strip and the friction coefficient are developed by thinking about the nonlinear factors, and the laws of influence factors, such as the deformation resistance and friction coeffients which are analyzed in the rolling deformation. The iterative model for calculation by computer is also built to solve the coupling problem between the flatten radius of the working roll and the rolling force. The calculating precision of the rolling force is high verified by the field data of the industrial mill, and the models can be applied to the production practice.
