摘 要:采用常规电子陶瓷工艺,制备了不同Mn掺杂含量的钛酸锶钡(BST)陶瓷,分别用X-射线衍射(XRD)和显微镜对其进行了表征,讨论了Mn掺杂对BST材料性能的影响。结果表明,适量的Mn掺杂,对介电常数影响不大,但可明显降低材料的介电损耗;其铁电性能变差,但热释电性能变好。最终可制备出最低损耗达0.4%、介电常数为3 200、热释电系数达20×10-8C.cm-2.K-1的样品。BST ceramics with different content Mn-doped were prepared by the conventional ceramic technology. The lattice parameters and surface topography were observed by XRD and microscope, respectively. The influence of Mn doped on BST ceramics' properties was discussed. The result indicated that proper Mn dopants had little influence on the samples' dielectric constant, but it could reduce the samples' dielectric loss obviously; the samples' ferroelectric properties became worse, but its' pyroelectric properties became better. The prepared sample has dielectric loss ,dielectric constant and pyroelectric coefficient of 0.4% .3 200 and 20×10^-8C·cm^-2·K^-1 , respectively.
