羊毛织物整理用有机硅平滑剂的制备及应用

摘　　要：将不同氨值及摩尔质量的氨基硅油乳液、高摩尔质量的甲基硅油乳液、偶联剂等进行复配,制备了羊毛织物整理用有机硅平滑剂.扫描电镜(SEM)观察结果显示,经该有机硅平滑剂整理后的羊毛纤维,其鳞片边缘厚度变得不明显,无阴影感,纤维表面较为光滑.应用结果表明,该有机硅平滑剂可赋予羊毛织物较好的柔软、平滑效果,且使被整理羊毛织物的色泽基本保持不变,色差在4级以上.A silicone smoothening agent for wool fabric finishing was prepd, by compounding with aminosiloxane oil emulsion having different amino values and mol wt, high mol wt methylsiloxane oil emulsion, coupling agent, etc. SEM observation showed that the wool fibers finished with this product had unclear scale side thickness, no shadow feeling and quite smooth fiber surfaces. The application demonstrated that this product gave good softening and smoothening results to wool fabrics. Basically no color change occurred on the finished fabrics, with color difference over grade 4.
