摘  要:地铁开挖对近邻管线的影响已成为地铁工程中的重点问题。通过隧道支护结构-土体三维有限元分析模型及施工监控量测相结合,对北京地铁黄庄站10号线地铁施工对管线的影响进行分析,根据管线的性质、埋深、管线与隧道的位置不同,考虑施工中可能会出现的风险,对管线分区段进行地表沉降控制,并结合有关管线安全性的评价标准对地下管线的安全性进行分析和预测。结果表明,开挖完成后的最大地表沉降预测值为94.7mm,未超过管线安全性要求,但由于黄庄站地层存在着比较多的空洞,地层富水和管线下漏水,因此为保证管线的正常使用,对管线及地层提出具体的加固措施。The influence of Metro-excavation on pipelines adjacent to tunnels is the key point and main difficulty in Metro engineering. Applying the three-dimension FEM analysis model of the tunnel supports structure and soil mass and combining with construction super vision and measeasurement, the simulation analysis of the in- fluence of constructing the parallel running tunnels on adjacent pipelines is made for the Huangzhuang Station of Line No. 10 of Beijing Metro. The ground surface subsidences are controlled by sections according to the characters and buried depths of pipelines, the related positions of pipelines and tunnel and the potential risks in construction;the safety of the underground pipelines is also analyzed and predicted on the basis of the relevant pipeline safety evaluation standards. Calculation results show that the maximum ground subsidence may reach 94.7 mm after excavation,and this value satisfies the pipeline safety requirement. Since there are many cavities and much water in the strata and much water leakage of pipelines in the area of the Huangzhuang Station,further strengthening measures are put forward so as to guarantee the normal use of the pipelines.
