茶薪菇化学成分与药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：茶薪菇是一种极具开发潜力的珍稀食用菌,主要含有茶薪菇多糖、海藻糖、肌醇、谷氨酸、苹果酸、脂肪酸、钾等矿物质、香精以及麦角固醇、茶薪菇凝集素、生物碱等化学成分,其中起主要药理作用的是多糖和应用于其他领域的凝集素等.具有抗肿瘤、延缓肌肉疲劳及增强免疫力等药理作用.应加强对茶薪菇的深入研究,充分发挥其药用价值.Agrocybe chaxingu is a rare edible fungus composed of chemical elements like amylose, trehalose, inositol, glutamic acid, malic acid, fatty acid, mineral as K, essence, ergosterol, Agrocybe chaxingu lectin and alkaloid, among which amylose and Agrocybe chaxingu lectin used other fields exert significant medical effects. With the medical effects in anti-cancer cells, the remove of muscle tiredness and the immunity improvement, Agrocybe chaxingu, a kind of medical fungus of wide application, deserves further research and full exploitation of its medical value.
