摘  要:对未热处理及在不同温度下热处理的氧化锌电阻片进行了试验研究,结果表明,热处理可以提高8/20大电流冲击耐受能力,但工频过电压耐受性能有所降低;在保温时间一定的情况下,热处理温度在540~600℃之间,随着温度的提高,氧化锌电阻片耐大电流冲击性能也提高,而其工频过电压耐受时间减少;热处理温度在560~580℃时,氧化锌电阻片耐8/20大电流冲击和工频过电压耐受综合性能较好。将热处理和银电极还原同时进行也是一种较好的方案。Experiments were conducted on ZnO varistors not heat-treated and treated at various temperature. The result shows that heat-treating can enhance 8/20 surge discharge capacity while lower the power frequency overvoltage withstand capacity. At the heating temperature ranged 540-600℃ with consistend maintanance time the heavy current surge withstand capacity enhanced with the temperature increasing and the power frequency overvohage withstand duration drops as well. Within heat-treating temperature range of 560-580 ℃, a better comprehensive 8/20 current surge withstand capacity and power frequency overvohage withstaand capacity was obtained. Combination of heat-treating and silver reduction process is also a good solution.
