摘 要:本文采用微量法测定石油产品残炭,考察了氮气流量、样品量和样品冷却时间等因素对残炭值的影响及方法的重复性,并对样品组成与残炭值结果的关联进行了研究,从而提高了微量法测定的实用性。实验结果表明:氮气流量、样品量和样品本身的性质是影响微量法测定石油产品残炭值的主要因素,并得到了一些有意义的结论。In this paper, carbon residue in the petroleum by microdeterlnination was discussed. Some influences on value of carbon residue including flow rate of nitrogen, weight of sample, sample of cooling time, etc and repeatability of the method were introduced. Relationships between composition of sample and value of carbon residue were studied so that practicability of microdetermination was improved. The experimental result showed that major factors of microdeterlnination of carbon residue were flow rate of nitrogen, weight of sample and sample property. We also drew some significative conclusions in the paper.
