摘  要:目的:用人工组织神经移植物桥接缺损1个月的大鼠坐骨神经,观察神经再生以及靶肌肉神经再支配的相关情况。方法:切除成年SD大鼠坐骨神经一段,造成1个月的神经缺损模型,用人工组织神经移植物进行桥接修复,3个月后进行神经及靶肌肉的观察。结果:术后3个月人工组织神经移植物组的复合肌动作电位、再生神经及腓肠肌的形态等和自体神经组接近,两组均明显优于缺损组。结论:人工组织神经移植物能在一定程度上修复缺损1个月的大鼠坐骨神经。Objective: Adult rat sciatic nerve was transected and bridged by artificial nerve tissue graft after one-month defect, and then the dependency changes of the regenerative nerves and the target muscles were investigated. Methods: A segment of sciatic nerve was transected to make a one-month nerve defect model. Then the sciatic nerve gap was repaired by the artificial nerve tissue graft, and the regenerative nerves and the target muscles were observed after 3 months. Results.. Three months postoperative, the compound action potential of muscle, the morphological structure of the regenerative nerves and the gastrocnemius muscles in the artificial nerve tissue group were similar to those in the autograft group, and both were obviously better than those in the defect group. Conclusion: The artifieal nerve tissue graft can repair the rat sciatic nerve gap after one-month defect on certain degree.
