摘 要:对于闸后为明流的平板工作闸门门槽,其水力特性比压力段内的闸门门槽复杂得多,门槽体型设计尚无规范可以遵循。采用RNG模型模拟了积石峡无压工作门槽的三维流场,分段采用了刚盖假定法和VOF水-气界面追踪方法来处理复杂的自由液面。得到了门槽内及其附近的压力场、速度场。通过若干变量的计算值与物理模型实测值对比,其精度令人满意,且计算速度较常规算法提高显著。应用该数值算法进行了一系列计算,研究了门槽周围最小压强与门槽宽深比、错距比等影响参数的关系,并提出了优化的门槽体型方案。 For the free-flow plane working gate slot,the hydraulic characteristics are much more complex than the gate slot under pressure flow.Furthermore,there is no specification to followfor the design of the shape of gate slot.In this paper,a RNGk~ε viscosity model is introduced to si mulate the three-di mensional fluid field around the gate slot of the Jishi Gorge Project.In order to deal with the complicated water-air interface,the rigid-lid hypothesis method and the water-vapor tracing method VOF is engaged piecewise.The velocity field,together with the pressure field is obtained.Compared with data observed from physical model,the precision of calculationfor some variables are satisfactorily high,and the calculation speedis increased greatly.By using this numerical method,series computation is carried out.The relationship between influential factors,which include the mini mal pressure around the gate slot,the width-depth rate,the stagger space rate of gate slot are studied,and an opti mal scenario for gate slot shape is put forward.
