曼尼希碱型缓蚀剂协同效应的研究

摘　　要：采用新方法合成了一种曼尼希碱型缓蚀剂XY-3,采用结晶法将曼尼希碱结晶与母液分离并进行分析,利用腐蚀电化学测试系统和失重分析法对缓蚀剂及相关组份进行评价实验,探讨了缓蚀剂的类型,缓蚀机理等,实验结果表明协同效应对提高缓蚀剂性能、降低缓蚀剂成本起非常关键的作用。A mannich's bases inhibitors XY-3 was synthesized by a new method.Crystal was separated from mother liquid by crystallization process.They were analysed by IR and GC-MS methods.Laboratory calculation corrosion inhibition and concerted component was made by weight-loss points and electrochemical experiments.Their inhibit types and mechanism of corrosion were discussed.It shows that synergistic effect is very important on improving properties of corrosion inhibition.It can reduce the cost of corrosion inhibition.
