摘　　要：根据选煤厂生产工艺的特点,介绍了西门子PLC在选煤厂计算机分布式控制系统中的应用,重点分析了主站分站的控制策略,论述了系统软件流程、人机界面的编制方法、无扰动切换的应用等。实际应用表明,该系统能够有效减少故障率,显著提高经济效益。According to the characteristics of production process of coal preparation plant, the application of Siemens PLC in DCS system in coal preparation plant was introduced in the paper, the control strategy of master station and slave station was emphatically analyzed. The software flow, programming method of HMI and undisturbed switching system were discussed. The practical application showed that this system can reduce failure rate effectivelly and improve economic benefit prominently.
