摘　　要：目的对某院医疗工作质量进行综合评价。方法应用TOPSIS法对该院3个医疗区和中心医疗区18个科室2006年9项主要医疗工作指标进行综合评价。结果该院3个医疗区医疗工作质量以中心医疗区为最佳,中心医疗区各科室医疗工作质量以外科系统为好。结论评价结果与该院实际医疗工作情况相符。TOPSIS法在科学全面评价医院医疗工作质量中具有良好应用价值。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the quality of the hospital medical service. Methods TOPSIS method was conducted to evaluate the quality of hospital medical services involving the 9 items of medical service index among 3 medical districts and 18 departments of central medical district of a hospital respectively during the period of 2006. Results The medical service quality of the central district was the best among the 3 districts, and the quality of surgical department was better than that of the other departments. Conclusions The evaluation results correspond with the actual medical work situation in the hospital. TOPSIS method is highly efficient and practical in the scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the medical service quality in hospitals.
