红—黑小波变换的改进

摘　　要：本文从能量守恒的角度讨论了用红-黑小波变换对图像进行多层分解的问题,并在9/7小波提升算法的基础上,提出了新的红-黑小波变换,将原来红-黑和蓝-黄变换分别进行一次预测、修正的过程变成了如9/7小波提升算法中的预测-修正-预测-修正的两次预测、修正过程,并在图像压缩仿真实验中取得了峰值信噪比(即PSNR)比原红-黑小波变换高0.7dB的结果.Based on the energy conservation the multi - subband decompesing of red - black wavelet transform is presented. Then form the lifting scheme of 9/7 a new red - black wavelet transform is got. In this new transform the original process of prediction - update becomes prediction - update - prediction - update. In image compression the PSNR of the new transform is lar- ger 0.7than that of the primal red - black wavelet transform.
