补肾壮阳胶囊的定性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方制剂补肾壮阳胶囊的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对人参、肉苁蓉、鹿茸、山茱萸、淫羊藿、何首乌进行定性鉴别。结果:高效液相色谱鉴别人参、肉苁蓉、鹿茸、山茱萸、淫羊藿、何首乌的方法简便易行,重现性好。结论:所建立的定性鉴别方法简便可行、重复性好,可有效控制补肾壮阳胶囊的质量。　Objective：to establish the method for identification of Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule by TLC.Methods：Radix ex.Rhizoma Ginseng,Herba Cistanche,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Fructus Corni,Herba Epimedii in Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule were identified by TLC.Results：the relevant spots in Radix ex.Rhizoma Ginseng,Herba Cistanche,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Fructus Corni,Herba Epimedii can be identified by TLC.Conclusion：this method is simple,feasible and repeatable and can be used to control the quality of Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule.
