摘　　要：目的:建立固经丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,Kromasil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),流速1ml.min-1;检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.1200～1.200μg范围内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6);平均加样回收率100.64%,RSD=0.94%(n=6)。结论:本法快速、简便、准确、重复性好。　Objective：to establish the determination method of peoniflorin in Gujing pills.Method：The HPLC system consisted of KromasilC18 column（5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm） and methyl cyanide-0.1%H3PO4（15：85） as the mobile phase.The detective wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1.Result：the peoniflorin was linear within the range of 0.1200～1.200 μg.The average recovery was 100.64%,and RSD was 0.94%.Conclusion：the method is simple,quickly,accurate and good reproducibility.
