摘 要:针对比转速为74~112的5台内混式自吸离心泵,采用3种不同直径吸水管和6种不同隔舌间隙,对其规定高度自吸时间和极限真空度进行了较全面的试验研究,并对试验结果进行了综合分析。结果表明,对于内混式自吸离心泵,规定高度自吸时间总体上随吸水管内初始存气量的增加而成线性递增,而极限真空度与吸水管内的初始存气量无关;当隔舌间隙为1~6mm时,隔舌间隙越小,自吸性能越好;泵的额定流量越大,自吸性能受隔舌间隙的影响越大。该研究对内混式自吸离心泵的水力设计、部分结构参数的确定以及自吸性能的进一步提高具有较重要的意义。Aim at 5 inner recirculation self-priming centrifugal pumps that specific speed are 74-112, adopt 3 different inner-diameter suction pipes and 6 kinds of separation tongue gap, a more overall experimental study on self-priming time under rule height and the max vacuum that can be attained was carry on. Results of the experiment were analyzed synthetically. The results suggest that for inner recirculation selfpriming centrifugal pumps, the self-priming time under rule height overall was increasing with the initial air volume inside suction pipes by linear, but the max vacuum have nothing to do with the initial air volume. While separation tongue gap as 1-6 mm, separation tongue gap smaller, self-priming performance more good; the rate flow of the pump is greater, self-priming time to be subjected to influence of separation tongue gap greater. The study have more important meaning to hydraulic design and parts of structure parameters decision of inner recirculation self-priming centrifugal pumps.
