摘 要:以异丁硫醇为研究对象、中性Al2O3为载体,探讨了在固定床微型反应器中硫醇的热反应转化规律。实验结果表明,在较低温度下,异丁硫醇热转化反应倾向于生成二异丁基二硫化物,在较高温度下,则倾向于生成H2S。极性小分子特别是甲醇加入到反应体系后,可以改变异丁硫醇转化生成H2S的反应途径,使生成甲硫醇、甲硫醚、甲基异丁基硫醚、二甲基二硫化物等;乙醇的加入使异丁硫醇的热转化反应生成一定量的乙基异丁基硫醚。异丁硫醇在中性Al2O3载体上的热转化反应是按自由基机理进行的反应。The thermal reaction mechanism of iso-butanethiol on neutral Al2O3 was investigated in a fixed-bed micro-reactor. The results demonstrated that iso-butanethiol could be easily converted to di-iso-butyl disulfide at lower temperature, but more easily converted to H2S at higher temperature. When the polar compound such as methanol was added into the reaction system, the reaction route from mercaptan to H2S could be changed, and methylthiol, dimethylsulfide and i-C4HgSCH3 and CH3SSCH3 were found in the products. Ethanol also could affect the thermal conversion of iso- butanethiol in some degree and i-C4 HgSCH2CH3 was found in the products. The results proved that the thermal conversion reaction of iso-butanethiol was a reaction running according to free radical mechanism.
