摘 要:本文对麦草制取低污染SCMP和CTMP进行了初步研究。探讨了浓废液循环利用对SCMP性质的影响和SCMP的稀洗涤废液用于制取麦草CTMP的适宜条件。结果表明:麦草制取SCMP的适宜条件:Na2SO3用量15%,磺化温度130℃,升温时间60min,保温时间45min,磺化浆得率82.0%,成浆裂断长3.45km,撕裂指数8.32mNm2/g。在较优条件下进行浓废液循环利用对浆料性质影响不大,稀洗涤废液用于制取麦草CTMP是可行的,在适宜化学处理条件下(Na2SO3用量4%,NaOH用量3%,最高温度125℃,保温时间30min)制得CTMP的得率87.1%,裂断长2.48km,撕裂指数6.91mN.m2/g。This paper studies wheat straw SCMP and CTMP preparation with low pollution load. It discusses the use of dilute spent liquor of SCMP in the preparation of wheat straw CTMP. The results show that the suitable sulfonation conditions are: Na2SO3 charge 15%, sulfonation temperature 130℃, time to the temperature 60min, time at the temperature 45min. At the conditions, a gulfonated pulp with a yield of 82.0%, breaking length of 3.45km and tear index of 8.23 mN. m^2/g is obtained. The thick spent liquor recycling has little effect on the properties of wheat straw SCMP. The dilute spent liquor of SCMP could be used in the preparation of wheat straw CTMP. At the conditions of Na2SO3 charge 4%, NaOH dosage 3%, maximum temperature 125℃, time at the temperature 30min, wheat straw CTMP could be obtained with a yield of 87.1%, breaking length of 2.48km and tear index of 6.91 mN. m^2/g.
