内聚能比在低分子表面活性剂/松香乳化体系的适用性

摘  要:简介了内聚能比(R比)理论和低分子表面活性剂/松香乳化体系内聚能比计算模型,确定松香乳化体系在其乳化温度范围内R比值经过1时为良乳化体系。用内聚能比计算模型验证丁礼金等的论文和沈一丁的编著中的松香乳化体系,结果表明R比理论对松香乳化体系的表面活性剂选择具有较普遍的指导意义。内聚能比计算模型用于解释NP-10、OP-10和TX-10的磺酸盐的乳化性能差异时,发现TX-10的磺酸盐的R比值未经过1,所以其乳化性能较差。This article introduced the Cohesive Energy theory and the Cohesive Energy model to the systems of lowmolecular weight emulsifiers and rosin. If the r-ratio curve of emulsifying system was crossing the point of r = 1 , the system would been thinking a fine emulsifying system. Then this model was applied to some rosin emulsifying systems that were showed in Ding Lijin's article and Shen Yiding's article, the results showed that this model also fitted to the above systems. While this model was used to interpret the emulsification performance diversity of succi- nate about NP - 10,OP - 10 and TX - 10 . it found that the curve of TX - 10'succinate didn't cross r = 1 point ,so emulsification performance of tx - 10 was bad.
