摘　　要：目的探索广西南宁市马山县壮族成人体型特征及其变化规律。方法运用Heath-Carter体型法对马山县517名(男258,女259)壮族成人的体型进行调查分析。结果①男性的平均体型值为(3.4-4.4-2.4)属偏内胚层的中胚层体型,女姓为(4.5-4.1-1.9)属偏中胚层的内胚层体型。随年龄增长,男女性内、中因子值先上升后稍有回落,外因子值逐步下降后稍回升;②体型存在性别差异;③南宁壮族与百色壮族和黑衣壮族体型比较,SAD值很高(男∶2.0和1.99;女为∶1.8和1.53),体型相距甚远。结论南宁壮族以皮下脂肪丰富,骨骼肌肉中等发达而身体线性度较差为特征。广西壮族成人体型存在明显地域差异。Objective To explore the somatotype characters and regular pattern of the aboriginal Zhuang minority adults. Methods 517 adults （male 258 and female 259） ranging from 20 to 82 years old in Mashan country of Nanning, Guangxi with Heath-Carter somatotyping method. Results （1）The mean somatotype of males belonged to Mesomorph category （3.4-4.4-2.4） but lean to endomorph,while that of females belonged to Endomorph category （4.5-4.1-1.9） but lean to Mesomorph. The endomorphy and the mesomorphy in the male and female increase first and then descent a little and the ectomorphy descent first and then increase a little with the aging. （2）The somatotypes were difference significantly in the male and female. （3）There was a significant difference in somatotype between the aboriginal Zhuang minority in Mashan country of Nanning, Guangxi and the aboriginal Zhuang minority in Beise, Guangxi or the aboriginal Hei Yi Zhuang minority in Yunnan. The SAD were very high （2.0 and 1.99 in the male; 1.8 and 1.53 in the female）. Namely somatotypes were difference significantly in the same aboriginal Zhuang minority in different regions. Conclusion The somatotype characters of the aboriginal Zhuang minority adults in Mashan of Nanning is hypodermic fatty, skeleton muscle middling and body linearity is poor. The somatotype characters of the aboriginal Zhuang minority adults are difference significantly in different regions.
