摘 要:利用乳液聚合法和分散聚合法合成了3种单分散聚苯乙烯微球。用NIST标准颗粒校正放大倍数的透射电镜对合成的3种PS微球进行了定值。同时在不同的实验室、不同测量原理的仪器上进行了比对测定。定值结果表明,3种微球的粒径分别为948±23 nm、352±13 nm和61±4 nm;单分散性不亚于国外同类产品;样品的定值过程、均匀性和稳定性均符合国家一级标准物质要求,并已获得国家一级标准物质证书。3种标准物质的证书编号分别是GBW12009;GBW12010和GBW12011。Three samples of momonodisperse polystyrene (PS) spheres used for micrc,size standards were synthesized through emulsion method or dispersion method. The size of these PS particles were determined by TEM, the magnification coefficient of which was calibrated with the NIST microsize standard materials and the determination experiments were performed in different laboratorys with different kind of equipments. It was shown that the size of these PS samples was 948 ± 23nm, 352 ± 13 nm and 61 ± 4 nm respectively. The determination process, homogeneity and stability of these samples meet the demands of first grade standard reference materials of China. These three kinds of PS spheres were warranted as reference mateials of size standard, with the catalog number being GBW12009, GBW12010 and GBW12011 respectively.
