病毒性心肌炎患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α及白介素-10水平检测

摘　　要：目的观察柯萨奇病毒感染的心肌炎患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-αTNF-α)及白介素-10(interleukin-10 IL-10)水平,评价柯萨奇病毒感染时机体细胞因子的变化及其在心肌细胞免疫应答中的意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ELISA)检测观察组患儿及正常对照组儿童的血清TNF-α及IL-10水平。结果柯萨奇B组病毒性心肌炎患儿血清TNF-α浓度为288.58±256.36 pg/ml,IL-10浓度为28.68±4.72 pg/ml,均显著高于对S照组。结论血清TNF-α及IL-10升高是柯萨奇B组病毒性心肌炎急性期的一个重要指标。Objective To observe serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） and interleutdn- 10（/L- 10） in children with coxsackie B viral myocarditis, and to evaluate the cytokine response during coxsackie B virus infection and its significance in the cardiac myocytes injury by immunopathngenieity.Methods Determination the level of TNF-α and IL-10 in the children with myocardifis and in the healthy children used the method of enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The mean detectable levels of TNF-α（288.58 ± 256.36pg/ml） and IL-10（28.68 ± 4.72pg/ml） were significantly higher in sera of children with myocardifis than in sere from normal children. Conclusion The higher serum levels of TNF-α and IL-10 might be an important indicator during initial phase of viral myocarditis.
