吉林地区女性尖锐湿疣疣体HPV基因型的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨吉林地区女性尖锐湿疣疣体中感染的人乳头瘤病毒基因类型及分布。方法收集女性生殖器肉眼可见的疣体112例,采用免疫组化法和DNA扩增技术检测疣体中感染HPV基因类型。结果在112例标本中,疣体感染HPV6型48.3%(54/112)、HPV11型17.2%(19/112)、HPV16型14.3%(16/112)、HPV18型11.4%(13/112)、HPV42型8.8%(10/112)。3.5%(4/112)为HPV6型和HPV11型混合感染。结论本地区女性尖锐湿疣以低危型HPV6、HPV11型为主,少数为高危型,并且出现了两种型别的混合感染。Objective To explore the genotype and distribution of humam papilloma viruses among condyloma acuminatum patiems in Jilin region.Methods The seen wart specimens diagnosed by clinical pathology were collected, and immunohistochemistry assay and PCR techmique were used to detected the genotypes of HPV-DNA. Results Of all specimens, 112 cases were confirmed to be HPV-DNA positive, and the genotype of HPV-DNA was HPV6,HPVll ,HPV16,HPV18,HPV42 posidve in patients with CA. The mixed infection was also detected by two different types. Conclusion The genotype of HPV-DNA are the main type as the low danger type as well as little high danger type, arid mixed types causing CA in Jilin region.
