摘　　要：本文回顾了加入世贸过渡期内江苏应对中外贸易摩擦的特点,分析了应对贸易摩擦过程中的经验,提出了应对贸易摩擦尚存在的问题,其结论对加入世贸过渡期结束后江苏制订出口贸易发展战略及企业顺利开拓国际市场具有一定的启发意义。This paper reviews the charcateristics of Jiangsu＇s fighting for the foreign trade frictions during the WTO transition period.It analyzes Jiangsu＇s experiences on dealing with trade frictions and puts forwards the remaining issues.Its conclusins are of a certain inspration on gererating the export strategy for the government and to exploit the international market successfully for the enterprises in Jiangsu after the end of the transition pefiod of WTO.
