摘　　要：商事登记法律制度是我国商法的重要内容。成长并羽翼渐丰于由计划经济到有计划商品经济再到社会主义市场经济不断变革的历史进程的中国商事登记制度,生成环境的不成熟和摸索前行,注定了其漏弊丛生。现代市场经济的发展催迫着我国的商事登记立法从支离破碎、多轨并行转向和谐统一。The legal system of the trade registration is an important issue of the commerce law in China.This system spent a long period of the planned economy and the plamed commerce econonty to the socialist market economy.It has many problems in the course of its groth.The contemporary market economy progress urges to make the law of trade registration on the basis of multi-channels to harmonious unification.
