摘  要:介绍了2座8万m3大型常压低温丙烯、乙烯储罐的结构、材料及基本参数,利用轴对称有限元法对这2座储罐进行了应力分析,获得了储罐各部位的应力分布情况,并根据应力分析结果对储罐进行了强度校核。结果表明,2座储罐在水压试验和最大工作载荷条件下均符合强度要求,说明储罐设计经济合理。The structures,materials and basic parameters of two 8×104 m3 tanks being built for storing low temperature and atmosphere pressure propylene and ethylene storage tanks are introduced. The axisymmetric finite element method was used to analyze the stress distribution of these tanks,and the strength check of the tanks was conducted in light of the results of stress analysis. The results showed that the strength requirements of the two tanks in hydraulic test and under maximum working load were satisfied and the tank designs were economical and reasonable.
